Dr. Rajpal works with Tembo Health, a GUIDE provider for San Diego. The Medicare GUIDE program provides a free care navigator and $2500/year to help families impacted by Dementia. Dr. Rajpal has a PhD in Cell Biology from the University of Michigan and spent three years researching Alzheimer’s Disease.
