Dr. Taib Rawi

Taib Rawi, DO, MBA, CMD, HMDC is a San Diego native and founder of Aligned Geriatrics and Aligned Hospice, which provide in-home senior medical and end-of-life care. He serves as Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Geriatric Medicine at UC San Diego, focusing on dignified dementia care, and is a recipient of the Excellence in Clinical Teaching Award. Dr. Rawi earned his medical degree from Kansas City University and an MBA from Rockhurst University. He completed his internal medicine residency at USC and a geriatric medicine fellowship at UCLA. He also serves on the board of ElderHelp of San Diego and co-founded Welby Health, a care management platform supporting seniors nationwide.
